1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions set out the rules for using Plus3SD’s tutoring services. By booking lessons or using our services, parents/guardians agree to these terms.

2. Booking & Payments

  • Lessons must be booked and paid for in advance through our website.

·         All bookings for live courses are considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment, prior to the session.

·         A payment receipt will be issued electronically via our payment processor upon successful completion of the booking process.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations

·         All bookings are non-refundable.

·         Once a course or session has been confirmed, cancellations for any reason will not be accepted. 

Transfers

·         Requests to transfer a booking to an alternative date or session may be considered at our sole discretion.

·         Approval is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.

·         An administrative fee may apply to any approved transfer.

 

4. Responsibilities

Plus3SD Responsibilities:

  • Provide lessons in a safe, supportive, and professional environment.

  • Tailor lessons to meet the students’ learning needs.

  • Maintain confidentiality of student information.

Parent/Guardian Responsibilities:

  • Ensure punctual attendance or notify of any absence.

  • Support the student’s learning during sessions, where appropriate.

  • Ensure students have:

A reliable internet connection;

A compatible device (e.g., for Zoom access).

 

We accept no responsibility for disruptions caused by insufficient technical setup on the delegate’s part.

 

6. Cancellation by the Organiser

In the event that we cancel a live session in its entirety, students will be offered one of the following:

·         A transfer to an alternative date or equivalent session (subject to availability); or

·         A full refund of the booking fee.

This refund represents the total extent of our liability, and no further compensation will be provided.

 

7. Safeguarding & Safety

  • Plus3SD is fully DBS checked.

  • Student welfare is a priority; any safeguarding concerns will be handled following legal requirements and best practice.

  • All communication with students will be appropriate and professional.

 

8. Liability

  • Plus3SD is not liable for indirect or accidental loss, including missed lessons or minor disruptions.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for their child’s safety inside lesson times, whilst in their homes.

·         All our services—including live sessions and feedback—are designed to provide guidance and support. We do not guarantee any specific outcome. Students remain fully responsible for their own preparation and performance in examinations.

9. Changes to Terms

  • These Terms may be updated from time to time.

  • The latest version will always be posted on the website.

 

10. Acceptance of Terms

·         By booking a place on any live session or feedback service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
